There’s real value in stepping away from the day to day to look at the bigger picture. To start the new year, our FourFront Leadership Team spent two full days together with our EOS Implementer doing exactly that. The goal was simple but meaningful: zoom out on the business, then dig into the details of how we can work better, serve better, and grow with intention.
EOS, which stands for Entrepreneurial Operating System, is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools designed to help leaders get what they want from their businesses. It’s a proven system that helps leadership teams strengthen three key areas: Vision, Traction, and a Healthy Team Dynamic. Over the course of our two days together, those ideas were front and center.
Our EOS Implementer traveled down from New Jersey to sunny Sarasota to facilitate the sessions, and our conference room quickly transformed into a working space filled with ideas. By the end of day one, all four walls were covered in oversized Post-It notes to map out priorities, opportunities, and areas where we can improve efficiencies, elevate our services, and enhance the overall client experience.
From there, we got deep into the weeds. We talked honestly about structure, accountability, and what we need in place to support growth, for both the business and for our individual team members. These conversations aren’t always easy, but they’re necessary, and they’re what allow us to build a strong foundation for what’s next.
After wrapping up two productive days, the team took a well earned break and headed down the street to Peculiar Pub on Lakewood Ranch Main Street for music bingo. It was a fun way to close out the experience, reconnect as a group, and celebrate the work we’d done together.
We’re now stepping into the year with clearer priorities, stronger alignment, and a renewed focus on what matters most. We’re excited about what’s ahead and grateful for the time, energy, and collaboration that went into setting the tone for 2026.
