Alicia supports the FourFront Wealth Management team as an assistant to Adam, helping keep day-to-day operations organized, on track, and running smoothly. She plays a key role behind the scenes, ensuring priorities stay aligned and nothing falls through the cracks.
In addition to her operational support, Alicia contributes to the firm’s marketing and communications efforts, assisting with content, campaigns, and client-facing materials. Her background of 20+ years in marketing allows her to bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to messaging and execution.
With more than 20 years of experience across associations, retail, education, and service-based businesses, Alicia brings a well-rounded perspective and a strong sense of organization to her role. She thrives on being dependable, collaborative, and proactive, with a focus on keeping both the team and client experience running seamlessly.
A lifelong Arkansan, Alicia earned her BBA in Marketing from Harding University in Searcy, AR. She currently resides in Little Rock with her husband and teenage daughter. Alicia is a devoted fan of both the Arkansas Razorbacks (Woo Pig Sooie!) and the Atlanta Braves. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, playing pickleball, and traveling, but spends most of her time cheering on her daughter at various sporting events.
