Tom Kazalski brings a problem-solving mindset and a deep sense of purpose to his role supporting the operations and planning functions at FourFront Wealth Management. After spending two decades as an engineer, he experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating complex decisions without a clear process. That perspective now drives his work behind the scenes, ensuring our Financial Professionals have the tools, resources, and information they need to serve clients with excellence.
Tom’s background in engineering gives him a strong foundation in precision, process improvement, and problem-solving. He assists with preparing meeting materials, maintaining accurate client data, and building planning tools—helping the team deliver a seamless client experience. While he does not provide investment advice, Tom plays a key role in making sure our planning process runs smoothly and efficiently.
He holds the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, with additional credentials in progress. A graduate of SUNY Maritime College, he is also furthering his education at The American College of Financial Services.
Outside the office, Tom is an avid snowboarder, guitarist, sailor, and sports enthusiast who enjoys time with his family. His short-term goals include traveling to Japan and Australia and experiencing Oktoberfest firsthand.
